Who is responsible

Gelvarni is operated by Chengdu Lexuan Youpin Technology Co., Ltd., at No. 51, Jitai Fifth Road, High-tech Zone, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. Contact service@gelvarni.com with privacy questions or requests. This notice covers our storefront, purchases and communications with us.

Information & sources

We receive contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order information, messages and account details that you provide. Shopify and payment providers process payment and transaction information to support checkout. When you browse, the platform may collect device, browser, network, cookie and usage information. We also receive information needed to administer orders from payment, delivery and support service providers.

Why information is used

We use information to operate the store, process payments, fulfill and support orders, answer inquiries, manage returns, maintain security and comply with legal obligations. Where permitted and subject to your preferences, it may be used for analytics and marketing. Subscribe only if you want store emails; you can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing message. Essential order and service communications may still be sent.

Sharing & Shopify

Information is shared with Shopify and service providers as needed for hosting, payments, fulfillment, delivery, support and security. Where Shopify's enhanced features or permitted advertising functions operate, Shopify may process storefront interaction information under its own notices. Choices relating to sale or sharing for targeted advertising are available through our Privacy Choices page. We may disclose information to comply with valid legal requirements, protect rights or manage a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies & preferences

Essential technologies support functions such as checkout, security and remembering your cart. Nonessential analytics or marketing technologies are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Use the consent interface when shown and our Privacy Choices page to find request routes. Browser controls can also remove or block cookies, but some store functions may be affected.

Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described, including order support, legal recordkeeping and dispute resolution. Retention varies by the record and legal requirement. We use safeguards appropriate to our services; no system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card information in ordinary support messages.

International processing

Our company is in China and Shopify and service providers may process information in other countries, including locations outside your country of residence. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards and recognized transfer mechanisms apply. Contact us if you want more information about a transfer relevant to your data.

Your rights & requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Email us with the request. We may verify identity proportionately and respond within the time required by law. Authorized representatives may need evidence of authority. We do not discriminate for exercising a protected right.

Shopify's own processing can also be addressed through the Shopify Privacy Portal. If you disagree with our response, contact us to request review and, where available, complain to your relevant supervisory authority.

Children & third-party links

The storefront is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Linked third-party services have their own notices.

Updates

We may revise this notice as our services or legal requirements change. We update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
