Terms for using Gelvarni and placing orders. Effective October 12, 2026.

Gelvarni is operated by Chengdu Lexuan Youpin Technology Co., Ltd., No. 51, Jitai Fifth Road, High-tech Zone, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. Deng Jinbin is Owner. You can contact us at service@gelvarni.com. These terms apply to use of the storefront and orders, together with the policies linked below.

Using the site

Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others' rights. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and notifying us of unauthorized activity affecting your account.

Product information & images

Product listings describe aroma stone designs and intended styling ideas. Images are AI-generated design illustrations, rather than independently verified photographs of supplied goods. Background props and fragrance products are not included unless expressly stated. Screen rendering can affect perceived color. Ask before ordering if an exact measurement, material, finish or other specification is essential. We do not promise health effects, fixed fragrance duration or whole-room coverage.

Prices & payment

Prices and charges are in USD. Checkout displays applicable delivery charges and taxes where collected. Prices may change for future orders. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain and agree a resolution or refund; we do not silently impose a higher charge.

Orders & cancellation

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. Orders depend on availability, accurate payment information and fulfillment. We may contact you about an issue or decline an order for a legitimate reason, with any required refund. Request changes or cancellation promptly; we check whether processing allows the request. Your mandatory rights remain intact.

Delivery & returns

Delivery terms, fees and processing estimates are in our Shipping Policy. Return requests and refund arrangements are in our Return Policy. Estimates can be affected by disruption; they do not remove remedies applicable to delayed or undelivered goods.

Safe use

Follow the actual product instructions and compatible fragrance manufacturer's guidance. Keep stones and fragrance away from children, pets, food, eyes and direct heat. Use a protected stable surface. Do not ingest, burn or heat aroma stones. Fragrance can stain or cause sensitivity; stop use if discomfort occurs. Decorative use without fragrance is also possible.

Content & external services

Our branding and original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not reproduce them unlawfully. Third-party links and services are subject to their own terms; links do not create a guarantee of their content. Customer information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility & consumer rights

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduce mandatory rights relating to defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Any lawful limitation is applied only to the extent permitted by the law relevant to the claim.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. Subject to those protections and any legally required forum, disputes may be brought before the competent courts at the company's location. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms for future use and orders. The terms applicable to an accepted order are not retroactively changed in a way that removes your rights. Contact us using the details below.
