Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Effective October 12, 2026.
Return eligibility
Email us within 30 days of receipt to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, the item should be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible. Applying fragrance can alter the appearance and condition of an aroma stone. This policy does not restrict mandatory rights relating to defective, misdescribed or incorrect goods.
How to request a return
- Email service@gelvarni.com with your order number, item name and reason for return.
- Wait for instructions before posting the parcel. We will explain the return process and any relevant information needed.
- Pack the item securely and retain a shipping receipt and tracking information if available.

This is our company and default return address. Please contact us first for the instructions applying to your return. Do not send a parcel to a different address simply because it appears on a delivery label.
Return shipping costs
The buyer pays return postage for personal-preference or change-of-mind returns. For damage, defects or an incorrect item, contact us promptly; we assess the situation and agree an appropriate remedy and shipping arrangement. Do not pay for a costly return before receiving instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Describe the problem and provide clear photos of the item and packaging when possible. Keep the item and packaging until we tell you whether return is necessary. We will review the facts and discuss a suitable remedy, such as replacement or refund, subject to your applicable rights.
Refunds
We inspect the return and process an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving it. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. We will explain any refusal or deduction with the reason; statutory remedies remain available where required.
Original shipping charges for a change-of-mind return are generally not refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise. Defective or incorrect orders are handled according to the circumstances and legal requirements.
Exchanges & cancellation
Email us to discuss an exchange; availability and any price difference must be agreed before sending an item. Request cancellation promptly. We check whether fulfillment has progressed and cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or dispatch.
Your legal rights
Our 30-day policy is an additional store policy. It does not exclude or limit non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
