Delivery destination
Gelvarni currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States. Available services depend on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout. Please enter a complete and accurate address and an email you can access.

The free-shipping threshold applies to merchandise after discounts, before shipping and taxes. All prices and charges are in USD. Checkout displays the rates applicable to your order.
Processing & transit
Processing takes 5–10 business days before dispatch. Standard shipping then takes an estimated 10–15 business days in transit. These periods are added together: estimated total time is 15–25 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting processing or the carrier.
Expedited shipping is an optional service priced at $7.99. It does not remove processing time and has no guaranteed arrival date. Delivery estimates are not promises; customs, weather, carrier capacity and other disruption can cause delays.
Tracking & order updates
When tracking is available, dispatch information is sent to the order email. A tracking link may take time to show the first carrier scan. Contact us with your order number if the shipment appears delayed or tracking needs clarification.
Address changes & cancellation
Email us promptly if your address is wrong or you wish to cancel. We will check the processing status and explain what is possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the supplied address is incomplete, undeliverable or refused, contact us to discuss the appropriate next step and any documented additional delivery cost.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
Check tracking and any safe delivery location, then email us if the parcel cannot be located. We will investigate with the carrier and discuss a remedy appropriate to the facts and applicable law. For visible damage, retain packaging and provide photos where possible; this helps the investigation but does not remove your statutory rights.
Taxes & duties
Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout where collected. Any customs charges or import fees not collected at checkout may be assessed by the relevant authority or carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about the charges applying to your destination.
